Join Graciela and Antonia for a new moon cacao ceremony along the Mahicantuk (Hudson River). We will be using this sacred fruit in the way that it has been originally used for millennia, as a drink and offering to the elements. This cacao medicine helps us to open our hearts and activates our circulatory system, aiding us to drop in more honestly into our truths.
Our time together will begin learning a brief history of the Mahicantuk River, the people who stewarded the land and the medicinal plants that grow alongside the water. It is crucial that we learn how to identify the medicine that grows all around us.
After drinking the cacao we will move the energy by doing powerful Kundalini Kriyas in order to oxygenate our bodies.
We are taking this new moon time in the midst of political and climate heartbreak to slow down in the presence of community to be supported in strengthening our hearts and mind. This is a critical time to step into your essence and unlearn the tendencies towards competitive and exploitive conditioning.
We thank you for your interest in joining us in this offering. The exchange allows us to continue doing this work and cover material costs.
