Reyna Tropical x Herban Cura
The on-going collaboration of Reyna Tropical and Herban Cura is an offering to the relationship between land, music, ourselves, and each other; we see music as a conduit to spirit, ancestors, the elements, and culture. By hosting events where we can offer plants to the people within the music space, our intention is to inspire a remembering and curiosity about the plants, oneself, our ancestors and the land we listen on—illuminating your path back to yourself and the earth.
Without our understanding of this relationship, how does the seed land and begin to flower?
For Reyna Tropical, Sumohair, and Fabi this exploration of how land and sound communicate has been fundamental to every creative endeavor; it's the commitment to landing physically, and spiritually while sonically documenting the translation of the moments within those environments. Through this collaboration we hope to bring you closer to our vision of collective awareness and abundance via the technologies that are unlocked inside of ourselves during the practice of ancestral communication.
Whether you see or feel it now, we pray that this experience of holding or smelling the herbs in this space will spark and illuminate your path back to yourself and the earth. Close your eyes, take a deep breath, feel the plants between your hands and listen.

September 7th at Elsewhere rooftop in Brooklyn, NY will feature a special celebration honoring the life and vision of Sumohair: DJ, producer and 1/2 of Reyna Tropical, featuring a special performance by Reyna Tropical + friends and family, as well as an on site collaboration with Herban Cura: Plants to the People that continues to deepen relationship between land, music, ourselves, and each other.
